SAVTEQ 3D IMAGING TECHNOLOGY

SAVTEQ is a world leader in 3D imaging and 3D analysis. Their 3D structured light imaging solutions are used worldwide to assess infrastructure, characterize surface roughness, identify defects, and determine fitness for service. The technologies are complete 3D Structured Light (3DSL) measurement systems for inspecting land-based and water-based infrastructure in a variety of industries including oil & gas, water, wastewater, and power generation

3D images can be analyzed using the 3DSL NDT software suite, included with each 3D Imaging Technology, to determine the maximum safe operating pressure and burst pressure using RSTRENG, ASME B31G and modified AMSE B31G. Dent analysis is compliant with ASME B31.8 and B31.4. The option API 579 modules produce API compliant reports for a variety of chemical and petro-chemical plant infrastructure.

Generate fitness-for-service test reports in minutes with the 3DSL NDT software suite. The end-to-end software solution includes: 3D image capture, defect analysis, and fitness-for-service (FFS) calculations and reports. The FFS calculations and reports are compliant with ASME B31G, CSA Z662, ASME B31.4, ASME B3.18 and API 579. The software can also be used with ultrasound data, pit gage data, or data collected from other 3D imaging systems.

The 3DSL Technologies are designed for field inspection of corrosion, dents, and other infrastructure damage. Ruggedized to meet the demands of harsh environments, the 3DSL technologies is perfect for assessing infrastructure damage in any harsh environments. Complete protection from dust, water, sand. Next time you need to assess damage, think 3DSL technology.
